Orders
Every item order is Tailor-made by Muscari once it has been ordered and paid for in full by the customer via the website or Instagram. Please allow 7-10 working days for the making and delivery of your item once purchased.

Shipping
Muscari ships all around India. Each order will have a tracking code and you will receive an email for your order confirmation. Muscari is not responsible for any delays with packages once sent, or items that may get lost in the post once sent that are out of our control.

Returns
Thank you so much for supporting Muscari. As all the dresses are tailor-made to order to your own custom measurements, We are unable to take returns or provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind or if the item does not fit.

Please visit the sizing guide to make sure you match yourself to your correct size or you can leave your own measurements in the notes when you checkout. If unsure please email info@muscari.co.in with any questions.

Cancellations
Once the order is placed on the website through the Shop page or Custom page it cannot be cancelled. As we begin processing and making the order.

Custom Orders

‘Custom Order’ means for example; if you require a different size than what is readily available on the website, or if you would like an item in another color or a longer / shorter version of items already available on the website.
